Welcome to Tactical Fitness. A fun, innovative way to combine fitness and tactical movements within the same field. As a certified personal trainer through NASM and former professional athlete in the NHL, we have developed a great experience for you. Through a variety of exercises, combined with self defense training, you will be able to get a great workout and tactical training all in one. First off, we use MyZone Heart Rate technology to track and record your workout. From there, you will be able to go through a series of workouts incorporating hand-to-hand combatives, speed and tactical reloads, malfunctions, tourniquet application and more. Of course, while using firearms we will be dry firing with no real ammunition for safety by using snap caps. Another option is incorporating a Sirt laser training gun. You can hit us up for the workouts or come train with us in person. We also add rucks to our training regimen. If you do not have the proper equipment, no problem, we can work around that. This is a course to get physically fit, sharpen your skills, get mentally tough and embrace the suck. All levels of fitness are encouraged to join while we crush this journey together.
